Industry Educational Guidelines

1.    Companies will be assigned to a session room that can seat approximately 120-150 attendees classroom-style.

2.    Marketing – The AHNS will market the event as follows:

  • A meeting pre-registration list (to include pre-registered attendees who have opted in to allow mailings) will be provided approximately one month prior to the event
  • Symposium will be included on the daily events schedule in the program on the meeting app and on-site with digital and print signage.
  • Push notifications will be sent on the meeting app
  • One or more email blasts will be sent to all pre-registered meeting attendees
  • Appropriate directional signage will be provided on-site by AHNS

3.    Program Content – Topic, and agenda/summary must be approved by Program Chairs/Program Committee to confirm your event and must be provided by June 1, 2026.

4.    Speakers – Supporting company will be responsible for faculty invitations, honoraria (if any) and all faculty communications.

5.    CME – Provision of CME through a third-party organizer is optional. The AHNS does not provide CME for industry symposia.

6.    Signage – Not included. Supporting company may produce three (3) signs, no larger than 22”x28” for display – one sign to be displayed outside the meeting room one hour before the start time, and two to be placed by Show Management. Please drop the signs off at the AHNS staff office room 255 no later than 3 hours prior to your scheduled function. Additional signs may also be displayed in supporting company’s exhibit booth.

7.    Audio/Visual – AHNS will provide the following AV set:

(1) Screen Appropriate for Room

(1) Projector

(1) Projector Stand

(1) Podium Mic

(1) 2-Speaker Sound System

AV Techs Set/Strike

(1) Video Engineer Rehearsal / Show

(1) Audio Engineer Rehearsal / Show

 Additional AV can be obtained through AHNS AV Provider.
