AHNS Future Fellows Club Childcare Services for Parents Traveling with Children.
AHNS has partnered with Plus One Meetings to offer our meeting attendees a quality childcare experience for infants and children. Here’s what we love about Plus One Meetings. When designing their programs, they “think Big by thinking small”. They transform spaces with colorful props and décor and offer games and activities to engage children of all ages. Their caregivers are caring, experienced and dedicated to ensuring that every child feels welcome and included. Parents also have access to an app allowing real-time communication with caregivers.
Plus One Meetings welcomes children ages 6 months – 13 years.
Childcare is available on the following days, and you may select the specific time slots for your child. Half-day options are also available.
- Saturday, July 18: 7:30 AM—5:30 PM
- Sunday, July 19: 7:00 AM—7:00 PM
- Monday, July 20: 7:00 AM—7:00 PM
- Tuesday, July 21: 7:00 AM—6:00 PM
- Wednesday, July 22: 7:00 AM—1:00 PM
The childcare room will be located at the Menino Convention and Exhibition Center, the 2026 location for the AHNS International Conference.
